I use crystals as a tool to work on the aura and the chakras. Crystals that are used include quartz, selenite , amethyst and or rose quartz. The crystals are chosen intuitively for the best results. The benefits of using crystals - a) the impact is stronger. b) the time for each healing is lesser. cc) The crystals protect the healer from absorbing toxic energies from the environment during healing. d) the crystals also help in keeping the environment cleaner and toxic free.

Crystal Healing 

I have been offering marital counseling for more than 2 decades. My approach is as follows :a) If the couple seek therapy, I suggest they book 2 hours at a stretch. Then I meet the spouses/ partners individually giving each of them a private time of 30 minutes . Then I meet them together for the next 45 minutes and share my observations and insights. Based on each case, I may suggest individual session for both before moving ahead for further couple sessions. The fee mentioned is for 1 hour only.b) If any person seeks intervention while the other partner is unwilling to take therapy, I suggest the individual take therapy, work on his/ her limitations and recognize and permit his/ her strengths to bloom and assess if the changes can help in facilitating harmony in the marriage/ relationship.In all cases wrt marital therapy, I focus on the inner change of the couple and lesser on specific situations thus helping individuals to evolve and experience empowerment.

What is Pranic Healing ? Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing that works on the chakras to heal individuals of both physical and psychological ailments. It is a supportive intervention. It is a non touch form of healing and has the same impact when done face to face as well as distant healing.I follow the following process when a client reaches out for any healing -Scanning / Reading the aura to understand the conditions of the aura and the chakras followed by healing. The aura reading helps me to assess the condition/ intensity of the problem, the intervention required and approximate number of sessions. Every session is roughly for about 30 minutes.

Pranic Healing

These sessions are for anyone who goes through a crisis leading them to wallow in "WHY ME?" These individual sessions lead the client through these phases to reach a space where the client feels WOW about self. The sessions include discussions, journaling, meditation, working on past baggage, reflection and courageously redesigning the WOW self. The session is based on self compassion ad self care.

Clients facing challenges in any relationship may feel free to book a slot. I help clients in relationship challenges with parents/ in laws/ friends/ work related relationships. These sessions involve discussion, understanding space , learning care for one's space as well as respect other's space.

Relationship Counseling

Aura Reading is a service that may be requested for, as a stand alone before going in for a Pranic Healing/ Crystal Healing/ EFT session. This is just one session . I study the aura and the chakras of the client and share the insights . Duration approximately 30 minutes.

Every parent always aims to offer the best for his/ her child. When there is a misalignment between the parent's " best " and the "best in reality" challenges crop up , sometimes in the interpersonal relationship between the parent and the child or sometimes the misalignment may have an unhealthy impact on the child's social / emotional skills. Many a time, these deficits may manifest as academic challenges.I offer sessions for parents, guiding them through this maze and enabling them to rework their perceptions of "the best" by aligning it with the needs of the child. The sessions involve active participation, reflection, revisiting beliefs , altering them as the need may be , supporting them as they bring about changes in their day to day lives and building a bond between them and the child.

Positive Parenting Guidance 

Emotion Freedom Technique ( EFT ) was founded by Gary Craig. It is an intervention that may be used for both physical issues as well as emotional challenges. I prefer to use this technique for emotional issues. This technique involves tapping on certain points on the body, while simultaneously chanting affirmations / statements defining the problem. The affirmations and the statements defining the problem are drafted based on each client's concerns and even within a session, they will be altered as per the flow of the session.Generally, I suggest the client to book 3 hours in order to be able to work on the issue in depth. In my experience, I have found this as an effective method.

Emotion Freedom Technique

I offer this service on request or through Intuition. The session is approximately for 45 minutes. I follow the cards of Doreen Virtue and the session flow is to respond to 3 questions posed by the client. The session is intuition based and through tuning to the Divine.

Angel Card Reading

I offer therapy using integrated techniques, while fundamentally following the Principles of Positive Psychology for issues such as Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Performance Anxiety, PTSD, Mood Swings, Difficulty in accepting one's sexuality, Low Self Esteem.I offer my services to adolescents as well as adults.
